The National Tomorrow Learning Card is a project to promote the labor activities of the incumbents and the unemployed. It is a welfare policy that supports free education with government subsidies. Those who have applied for and issued the National Tomorrow Learning Card can take government-sponsored education free of charge. There are 24 types of free training, and you can get help in job hunting by receiving training in various fields such as welding, barista, IT, and sales. After completing the free training, trainees must continue to look for a job.
There are two ways to apply for the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card. Both online and offline applications are available. Online application is available through HRD-Net, and offline application can be made by visiting the nearest employment center.

How to apply for the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card The first step is to register and log in on the HRD-Net site. Click on the individual member, training institution member, or corporate member and proceed with membership registration.
Anyone who is a citizen of Korea can apply for the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card. Unemployed, employed, and self-employed can all apply. In the case of the unemployed or employed, it is possible to proceed without submitting documents. If you are an individual business owner, corporate business representative, or non-profit organization representative, the following documents are required, so please prepare them when applying.

To apply for a card issuance, you must register for a job search on Worknet. Trainees who received education with the National Tomorrow Learning Card must continue their job search activities. To do so, you must be registered as a job seeker on Worknet.
You must select the type of card that will receive the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card. Select the appropriate item between issuing a new card and reusing an existing card. The deadline for the tomorrow learning card is 5 years. If the physical card has expired, the card must be reissued. You can receive free education with government support of up to 3 to 5 million won per person.

Card issuance has been completed. You can receive it within 4 to 5 days of issuing the Naeil Baeum Card. Cards can be picked up in person or delivered by mail. Both check and credit cards are accepted. Those who want to receive it quickly choose a check card, but there are reviews saying that the issuance process is a little faster.
When applying for the Naeil Baeum Card, applicants for on-site issuance must submit an “account issuance confirmation” to the bank. You can print the Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card issuance confirmation from [HRD-Net homepage > Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card application details > Remarks]. If the relevant field is blank, you must request correction to the person in charge of the relevant employment center.
All Korean citizens are eligible to apply. However, there are some exclusions. Doors that fall under the following conditions are excluded from Kookmin Tomorrow Learning Card support.
